Woodley and Elgort play terminally ill teens, Hazel and Augustus, who meet at a cancer support group. They visit Amsterdam and share a kiss on this very bench, in one of the film’s most memorable moments.

Another worthwhile location for historic purposes as well as filming locations, is the Anne Frank House, which had it’s exterior used in the filming of this movie as well. The interior shots of the house were in fact re-created-in a very detailed representation, you can’t tell the difference.
